Voca Quest Update: More Ways to Learn, Play and Track Progress

We're excited to share several new updates now available in Voca Quest, all designed to make creating activities easier, support different users' needs, and provide better ways to track communication development.

Create More Engaging Activities

Creating personalised learning activities is now even more flexible.

Users can now create Wordsearch and Bingo activities directly within Studio, giving therapists, educators and families more ways to reinforce vocabulary and communication targets through familiar, motivating games.

A brand new Memory Game activity type is also being introduced, providing another fun way to support learning, attention and vocabulary practice.

Choose the Language That's Right for You

Voca Quest will now include a setting that allows users to switch between British English and American English.

This means spelling and language can better match the user's location, preferences and educational setting, creating a more familiar and consistent experience.

Better Support for Measuring Progress

The AAC Language Lab Skill Survey will replace the existing Language Skills Checklist in Voca Quest. The survey helps professionals monitor communication development across a range of language stages and can now be completed directly within Voca Quest, including on iPad.

This makes it easier to record observations, review progress and keep information together in one place.

Clearer Navigation

You'll also notice a small but helpful terminology update. The section previously called "Therapy Approach" will now be labelled "Activity Type", making it clearer what users will find within the Activity Library.
